  • Do you take walk-ins?
    Unfortunately, we do not accept walk-ins but all customers are welcome. We highly encourage to book an appointment in advanced by texting us at (626) 316-9903. Please include your name, service(s) and date you want. We'll try our best to accommodate your request.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Due to unforeseen circumstances, we understand if you need to cancel or change your scheduled appointment. Please notify us 24 hours (1 day) before your scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation fee. However, clients will be charged 50% of the service price at their next visit if the following condition applies: (1) cancellation is made less than 24 hours (2) no show. We value your time including our nail artists, so we would appreciate the same in the return.
  • Can I reschedule my appointment?
    Yes, but don't wait the last minute to reschedule! Please let us know at least 48 hours (2 days) prior to your orginal appointment. Call (626) 316-9903. Any changes made less than 24 hours will be automatically charged 50% of the service price at your next visit.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Debit Cards, Cash, Gift Certificates, Apply Pay, and Android Pay. We do not accept personal checks.
  • What are your store hours?
    We're open every Monday through Sunday, from 10:00AM to 7:00PM.
  • Is parking free?
    Yes, free parking is available on our parking lot premises.
  • Are your tools sterilized?
    Yes, we take cleaniness very seriously. All tools are washed, sanitized with liquid disinfectant and sealed in a sterilization pouches.
  • How long does a gel manicure last?
    Gel manicure typically last up to two weeks or more.
  • How much are designs?
    The price of a design(s) usually depends on its level of difficulty and number of fingers. Please check Nail Service menu for pricing.
  • Can I provide inspo pictures?
    Yes! Feel free to show us your inspo or favorites and we'll do our best to recreate it.
  • Late Arrival
    To remain on schedule for your appointment, please arrive on time. We suggest arriving 10 minutes prior to your reservation to allow time for parking, checking in, and getting settled. We may shorten your service time if you are late for your apppointment. The regular service price will apply.
  • Cancellation
    To avoid cancellation fee, please provide at least 24 hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Cancellation made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time will be charged half price of all services booked at your next visit. No shows, appointment cancelled upon arrival, and appointments cancelled within less than an hour of the scheduled appoitment time will be charged in full for all service booked.
  • No Shows
    If you fail to show for your scheduled appointment, you may be asked to reserve future appointments with a credit card.
